Two New Guest Weblogs

And While I'm At It....

We have added a couple of new Guest Weblogs to the roster. First is Rough Type. If you have visited us before you have probably seen a link or two to Nick Carr's very interesting blog. He writes about some of the undercurrents and big themes of the technology world that we all participate in today, google, yahoo, the shifting patterns of computing use. Well written and provocative.

I have also rediscovered B2B Lead Generation blog. I checked it out a while ago and was interested but more recently I started to read it as often as it gets posted. It's a fascinating subject. One that pertains directly to our business and I think to many of our readers as well. Again, like all of the writers in our roster, Brian Carrols's writing is measured, always interesting and thoughtful.

I don't always get around to it so let me also mention some of our other authors, Zoli Erdos does good work around Web 2.0. In fact if you are wondering what the hell is Web 2.0 he has a great play by play of a recent conference that is a good place to start. While you're at it check out The Long Tail, a very interesting idea that keeps popping up in new manifestations as the Internet takes a more commanding role in our commerce and social lives.

I can't not mention The Deal Architect. He has a lot of great posts where he takes on the Great Poohbah's of the technology world like Oracle, SAP and Microsoft. Where's the innovation?

Finally, there's Paul Greenberg for CRM, the social customer and assorted other natural phenomena including, unfortunately, those damn Yankees.

Some of the most interesting posts that I have read in the blogosphere come from Phil Wainewright at Software as Services. I refer to his ideas often. He's feisty and insightful, a good mix. He gets the IT guys hair on end, and I kind of like that.

Enjoy.
