The Death of the Bolt-On Web Store

I wanted to post about the webinar that I recently had the opportunity to view. A lot of prospects ask us about the e-commerce functionality of NetSuite. Strangely the more experience that they have in e-commerce the longer the discussion. It takes a long time for folks to wrap their minds around the idea that the webstore is completely integrated with the accounting and inventory, not to mention shipping and credit card processing. They have had such a different experience with their past and current sites that they are nearly disbelieving of a completely integrated e-commerce site.
