Actually, though I have taken some time off this summer from the blog, I have been working overtime on NetSuite implementations. We have seen some great successes, by which I mean small and medium enterprises that have moved their operations to NetSuite and found the system they need to run a complex business efficiently. One of my favorite projects this summer was Lifestyle and Leisure Creations, an Arizona company that sells the equipment and supplies used at your local spa; in a word, they sell 'bodywork' equipment and supplies. Everything from Massage Tables to the lotions and gels required during the massage to the . They have a great looking website thanks to SightLines Consulting and our partner David Norris. You can check it out here at www.llcaz.com. The companies business model is interesting. They have a warehouse and also do a lot of drop shipping. They also sell to a Massage franchise customer group as well as to the general public. They are utilizing every aspect of NetSuite from Accounting and Inventory, lots of matrix items, to Marketing, Support, Sales Force Automation and E-commerce. They have their franchise customers logging into the customer center also, to make out reorders and pay their bills. The company run NetSuite and also purchased the Advanced Inventory and NetCommerce Advance Site Builder modules. LLCAZ is a small company so SightLines chipped in with a lot of the Inventory and website setup. So though I have not had a lot of time this summer for blogging it has been eventful. I have 7 other customers in various stages of completing their NetSuite implementations. As they move forward I will write about them here. It is fascinating the number of different business models that NetSuite supports. |
