A How-To Guide, Tips and Tricks, Advice and Recommendations, all on its way to a book

Today we start a long considered project to write a series of posts about buying, using and exploiting NetSuite. The idea came to mind when a reader, commenting on a previous post about how the software as a service 'economy' does not need as much support as the traditional IT offerings, mentioned that there was a Salesforce.com for Dummies on the market. I happened to verify this on my last trip to Border's.

Well my general feeling is that the business people who purchase NetSuite are not dummies. To the contrary, they understand the real costs of poor business process, on-premise software and multiple, interfaced systems. This series of posts is for you. You sense that there must be a better way to run a business in today's economy. I will work to help you understand how NetSuite can help you achieve your goals.

The Game Plan: There will be 3 main sections of the 'NetSuite for Geniuses' book; The NetSuite Value Proposition, The Business Process, Functional and Technical Solutions. I'm planning to mix it up, I know I don't want to write technical solutions every night so I'm sure you don't want to read technical solutions every night.

First post tomorrow.
